My name is Bhavika, and I am a Psychological Therapist specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

CBT is probably one of the most popular talking therapies and is an evidence based treatment, routinely recommended in the UK.

CBT helps to change the way that we think and interpret situations as well as changing our behaviour, which in turn impacts our emotions. By changing the way that we think and behave, we have the opportunity to manage these emotions that can often become challenging, and cause depression and anxiety symptoms.

I can offer you the opportunity to discuss these challenges in a non judgemental and compassionate forum. I will always take a supportive and empathic stance during our sessions, alongside offering practical and constructive guidance.

Throughout our therapy you will be introduced to different CBT techniques that will equip you to deal with the challenge life may bring.
